Express post is also available for all orders in Australia and the USA

We’re committed to getting your order to you quickly and smoothly. Below you’ll find all the details on our shipping timeframes, tracking, and what to expect
We ship orders from Sydney, Australia. We aim to pack and ship your order within 1–2 business days from when it’s placed.
Please note that these are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Occasionally, deliveries may be delayed due to factors outside our control (e.g., carrier delays, customs, weather). These dates may not take into account local public holidays, time of order vs our operating hours in Australia, day of dispatch or processing time.

- Express Shipping: 1-2 business days if you are in an Australia Post Express Post Eligible postcode (see the full list of postcodes here)
- Standard Shipping: 3-10 business days.
To the USA
- Express Shipping: 3-6 business days to major metro areas
- Standard Shipping: 5-11 business days to major metro areas
To New Zealand
- Express Shipping: 3-5 business days to major metro areas
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days to major metro areas
Europe & Asia
- Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days to major cities
- United Arab Emirates: 5-30 business days (customs clearance can take a long time!)

We offer free and easy returns globally.
Making a return
If you are unhappy with your swimwear for any reason, simply return it to us within 60 days (30 days for sale/outlet items), in the condition that you received it and we will happily exchange or refund.
Please ensure the items returned have not been worn, altered, washed, damaged, and must include all original packaging and tags. We do not accept returns on worn, damaged or otherwise non-saleable products unless they arrived damaged or faulty.
Importantly, if your swimwear has arrived damaged or faulty, please take a few images of the faulty item(s) right away and email us with the images.

Refunds for Undelivered Packages
While most orders arrive on time, in rare cases delivery may be significantly delayed. In line with our carrier policies, we only process refunds or replacements for undelivered items once 30 days have passed since the shipping date.
We understand this can be frustrating — but this timeline gives the carrier a chance to resolve the issue and ensures we're not issuing refunds for packages that still arrive shortly after.
