Bondi Joe is an Australian swimwear brand inspired by Australia’s most iconic beach – Bondi.

Blue is the most popular color of mens bathing suits we sell, but our range includes lots of blue tones, as well as purple, green and pink. We have tropical prints, florals and more masculine subtle designs. We have drawstrings instead of Velco, adding to their style and comfort. With big pockets on each side and at the back for your wallet. Our research showed us that guys hate the internal lining in their bathing suits, so we removed them and made them super comfortable.

Our fabric is super quick drying, and made from 100% recycled material.We have offset the supply chain using carbon credits and only use packaging without plastic.

Why did we remove the inner mesh?

When we designed our mens bathing suits we researched the perfect fit that asks lots of guys what they liked to wear. We found that the old fashioned mesh lining in traditional mens swimwear was restrictive, and made guys chafe when the swimwear was drying. They just weren’t comfortable to wear all day, and so we took it out!

How do you design your swimwear?

We work with a range of fabric designers around the world to come up with each season. From exotic floral and tropical to geometric and motif based prints, we have a range that suits a variety of tastes. We make a shortlist of our favourite designs and then survey our customers and retail partners to see which patterns reasonable the most.

How is your packaging plastic free?

We send our mens bathing suits worldwide in plastic pouches made from corn starch. This plastic-free material decomposes naturally and quickly, making it a great environmentally friendly alternative to traditional plastic based packaging.
